Parking in an allocated parking space other than your own will result in a citation or some other form of disciplinary action.
Parking Permits
SFSU uses a virtual parking permit system, which uses your license plate for permit verification.

UPN and UPS | Parking permits will be available for purchase through the Student Housing Portal starting on July 27, 2026.
MSQ, TCS, TJS, VCS and WGC | Parking permits will be available for purchase through SFSU’s Parking & Transportation Services starting on August 10, 2026.
