Summer housing is available to SF State students attending summer session classes. A minimum class requirement is included.
Summer students are welcome to access the housing portal to apply for housing spaces and complete their housing license agreement contracts starting April 10, 2017 at 10 am PST.
Summer residents are housed in double-occupancy, two-bedroom apartments in the Towers at Centennial Square. Summer housing costs includes a required meal plan. A choice of two continuous dining plans in the City Eats dining Center, is available. Students may apply for on-campus housing for any or all summer sessions.
Summer 2017 Schedule – All Housing License Agreements will begin on a Sunday (check-in 10am) and end on a Saturday (check-out 10am).
R1: June 4 – July 8 (Classes: June 5 – July 7)
R2: June 18 – August 12 (Classes: June 19 – August 11)
R3: July 9 – August 12 (Classes: July 10 – August 11)
R4: June 4 – August 12 (Classes: June 5 – August 11)
The housing office offers a Modified Summer Schedule in the License Agreement to those students attending a program or courses that does not correspond to the scheduled R1 – R4 dates. For further questions, please contact SF State Housing at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Application and License Agreement – Available on the SF State Housing Portal. Students must use SF State ID and password to log in. Choose “Summer 2017” term.
Required housing payments include a non-refundable $40 application fee. Summer housing fees are collected in advance at the time of submitting the License Agreement.
